UPDATE: Statement from Richland Police: 39-year-old Aaron Christopher Kelly has been taken into custody without incident. Kelly was arrested on Interstate 90 between Sprague and the City of Spokane. Kelly will be transported back to the Tri-Cities and booked into the Benton County Jail on Murder 1st Degree and Attempted Murder 1st Degree

(Richland, WA) -- Richland Police have released more details into the deadly active shooter incident at the Fred Meyer located off Wellsian Way. Police say 39-year-old Aaron Christopher Kelly has been identified as the suspect in the shooting, which led to the death of 38-year-old Justin Krumba. Authorities are searching for Kelly and a warrant for 1st Degree Murder has been issued for him. Kelly is believed to be driving a silver 2005 Honda Civic WA/BXC3305. He should be considered armed and dangerous. Please do not approach him, instead call 911. The surviving victim is currently in critical condition and receiving continuing treatment at an area hospital.
