Minor Injuries In Car Vs. Elk Crash On US 97 In Chelan County

Washington State Patrol troopers say there were  just minor injuries in an early morning crash Friday between a car and an Elk.

The crash led to a significant backup in the area that for most of the 6am hour. US 97 was blocked for a time, likely while the car and Elk were removed from the roadway and troopers investigated the scene.
