BLM To Impose Fire Restrictions in WA, OR

(Portland, OR) -- The Bureau of Land Management will impose fire restrictions on all BLM lands in Oregon and Washington starting May 27th. Drought conditions could allow fires to spread quickly. The restrictions prohibit fireworks, exploding targets, metallic targets, steel component ammunition, tracer ammunition, and sky lanterns. Violators can face a one-thousand-dollar fine and jail time.
