Yakima Police say weekend shooting was gang-related

Yakima Police say a shooting that left a 32-year old man injured is likely gang-related.

"Unfortunately the victim wasn't able to provide a lot of information about the suspect vehicle, other than it was a black sedan," said Officer Mike Bastinelli with Yakima Police. "So, that's all we have at this point.

Bastinelli says the victim was shot several times and was taken to an area hospital, though his condition isn't known.

He was found lying in the street at North First and East F Streets early Saturday morning.
