Unknown Man Threatening Maskless WSU Students With Tickets

(Pullman, WA)  --  Pullman Police are warning Washington State University students about a man posing as an officer.  According to police, the man is approaching unmasked students saying he is "masking enforcement."  He then takes pictures of their student IDs and driver's licenses, and says tickets will be mailed to them.  Police warn he is not working with them or WSU.  He may be driving a 2000s model Toyota.
