Teen Takes Mother’s Van, Collides with Another Vehicle then Crashes into House

(Pasco, WA) -- A 15-year-old driver crashed a mini van into a home off Cedar Ave and Park View in Pasco Monday. According to police, a juvenile driver who did not have a license was behind the wheel after allegedly taking the mini van without permission. The driver also hit another vehicle prior to colliding with the house. No one inside the home was hurt, but the crash did cause significant damage to the structure of the home itself.

The teen was taken to the Juvenile Detention Center on charges of hit-and-run, reckless driving and taking a motor vehicle without permission.
