All students and staff are safe and no injuries reported. The 17-minute lock down was lifted shortly after 8:00 am Wednesday.

Officers were called to the 7-11 at 16th and Fruitvale for a shoplifting at about 3:30 am Thursday.

Firefighters were called to the warehouse at State Highway 24 and Beaudry Road at about 3:50 pm Friday.

The sleeping occupant of the semi may have been lucky as the train struck the passenger side.
