1st degree murder

Dalton Scott Potter is charged in Douglas County Superior Court with 13 felonies, including first-degree murder and two counts of attempted first-degree murder.

Douglas County Superior Court Commissioner Phil Safer formally informed Potter of the 13 felony charges against him Tuesday.

Twenty-seven-year Dalton Potter also refused to answer any questions in court for the third time Thursday.

Police arrested 19-year-old Markheil Leon Ford Monday after prosecutors charged him last week with the crime.
