Nationwide warrant for the arrest of a local man on 2nd degree robbery charges

EPHRATA, Wash. - The Grant County Sheriff's Office tells KONA that a local man is wanted nationwide on 2nd degree robbery charges.

31 year old Timothy Riggins has been on the run since posting bail after being charged with armed robbery and possession of an explosive device in Grant County in November of 2019. He failed to appear to court.
