Wanted man arrested in Othello Monday afternoon

OTHELLO, Wash. - Timothy Riggins, wanted for several charges, is now in custody after U.S. Marshals arrested him in Othello Monday afternoon.

The U.S. Marshals asked for back up from the Adams County Sheriff's Office as they cornered the fugitive. After a brief stand-off, Riggins was arrested without incident.
