Kettle Falls School District Closed Due To State Investigation

(Kettle Falls, WA) - The Kettle Falls School District is closed today due to an investigation from the state. The Washington Department of Labor and Industries is looking into the district's decision to rescind its mask order earlier this month, in defiance of state requirements. The School Board will meet tonight to potentially reinstate the mask order and preserve state funding.
