Ephrata Fire Deemed Arson

Ephrata Police are investigating a wildfire that erupted Wednesday as arson.

Grant County Fire District 13 say the fire burned near Statter Road and Sagebrush Flats and that Ephrata Police have a suspect in custody, accused of lighting the wildfire.

The fire threatened several nearby homes, though none were lost according to authorities.
