YAKIMA, Wash. - U.S. Marshals say one of the 6 inmates who escaped the Yakima County Jail Monday, has been captured. A community tip came in through the Yakima Valley Crime Stoppers which resulted in the capture of the escaped inmate.

Deputy U.S. Marshal, Luis Byerly tells Newsradio 610 KONA, that the 34 year old fugitive from Moses Lake, was taken into custody at the Savoy Apartments in Yakima.

5 inmates remain at large in the region. The U.S. Marshal's Office asks that you call 9-1-1 if you have any information on the whereabouts of these fugitives. Information that leads to an arrest of the fugitives, will result in a $1,000 reward from the U.S. Marshals.
