UPDATE - Pasco Police have confirmed that the 30-year-old Finley man is also wanted in connection with the two recent robberies at Kim's Conoco.

BENTON CITY, Wash. - A Finley man was arrested Wednesday morning in Kennewick. The 30-year-old man is a suspect in an armed robbery that took place in Benton City Tuesday night.

The suspect went into the convenience store, displayed a gun, demanded money and fled with an undisclosed amount of money. During his get-away, the vehicle malfunctioned which resulted in the man fleeing on foot.

Benton County Sheriff's Deputies began an investigation following the robbery. The K-9 unit was used to track the suspect but he could not be found.

Following the arrest this morning, detectives, patrol and the gang team, were working on obtaining search warrants for several Kennewick locations. It is unknown if the suspect has any connection with the recent armed robberies in Pasco.
