KIT News has requested all available investigative information from the Yakima Police Department through a Freedom of Information request but like other media organizations the city has denied releasing information

Yakima Police Chief Matthew Murray says there are things in the investigation the police can't share with the public as the search continues.

At this time police say they have no idea and no evidence where Lucian can be found. The chief calls it an awful situation.
