A semi hauling doubles full of fuel rolled on the highway

Two significant rock slides have prompted the Department of Transportation to assess the risk for more slides.

The bypass was closed last Thursday, Nov. 10 to let construction crews fix porting of the highway that had buckled because of water seepage.
