Last week the council voted 5-2 to remove current City Manager Bob Harrison which is set to leave on February 2.

The council voted 5-2 to remove Harrison who will serve in the role until February 2. He's agreed to help a smooth transition to a new manager.

He had most recently managed Belle Isle, Florida.

The council will hear from Yakima City Manager Bob Harrison who put together a report for the study session that says the money from the paid parking lots downtown would help support infrastructure downtown
