(Moses Lake, WA) -- A Moses Lake man is in jail after fleeing from police and barricading himself inside a house. Grant County deputies were called out to Highland Road Northeast for a report of an assault on a woman. They tried to pull over 53-year-old Robbie Marcher as he fled from the scene, but Marcher drove back to his home on Road H.1 Northeast and locked himself inside.

Authorities called in the Tactical Response Team which used flash-bang and tear gas devices to get Marcher to come out of the home. He's been booked for second-degree assault (domestic violence) and making threats to kill law enforcement.
