(Pasco, WA) -- The Washington State Labor and Industries Agency has sent a letter to Franklin County, warning them of apparent Coronavirus violations made by a complainant. In the letter, the agency outlines issues of masking rules and social distancing rules not being enforced in the Franklin County Commissioners' Board Meetings. The letter adds there was a complaint that masking rules are not being enforced in public areas and hallways and there are no signs reminding people of the masking requirement at the Franklin County Auditor and Treasurer's Office. In the letter, L&I says Franklin County was notified of the complaint on November 4th and demands a copy of the county's written Coronavirus plan, and the results of an internal investigation by Tuesday, November 9th.
