(Pasco, WA) -- High winds in the Tri-Cities are causing a number of issues getting around. WS DOT has issued a mobile home restriction along I-82 between Prosser all the way to right near the Oregon State Line. Meantime, the Inland Northwest is in for a mix of strong winds and snow for the weekend. The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Advisory for northeastern Washington until 4 p.m. Saturday. Gusts are expected to get as high as 50 miles per hour. Meanwhile, much of the Idaho Panhandle has a Winter Storm Watch. The valleys will get as much as eight inches of snow, but the mountains could see close to two feet.
