Death toll reaches 29 in Benton and Franklin counties

KENNEWICK, Wash. - Officials say two more deaths in the region have been attributed to COVID-19. The Benton Franklin Health District said two Benton County people, a man in his 90s and a woman in her 80s, have passed away today because of the virus.

The Health District says there are now 509 cases of the coronavirus in the Tri-Cities area. 381 of those cases have been lab-confirmed.
