(Richland, WA) -- Benton Franklin Health District says they've removed all the restrictions along the Columbia River shoreline, from the Leslie Groves Park boat launch at Snyder, down to the dike at the south end of the park. It had been shut down after BFHD found dangerous levels of various forms of the toxin Cynobacteria, which they say is very dangerous for small child and animals. The toxin is still there, but it's now down below the danger level. The district says they will continue to monitor the river.
