Acosta Attorney: 21-Year-Old Yakima County Man Crushed to Death at TX Music Festival

(Houston, TX) -- A Southeast Texas attorney is accusing Travis Scott of gross negligence for the deaths of one Yakima County and 7 others along with injuries at his Astroworld music festival. Tony Buzbee told reporters the Houston rapper and his entourage poorly planned last weekend's concert which left eight dead and dozens others injured. Buzbee also blasted entertainment company Live Nation, a security company, and others for not providing enough protection. He claims to represent almost three dozen clients in the suit including the family of 21-year-old Axel Acosta Avila. The Washington state resident was killed at the concert.
