Winter returns to the region this weekend

PASCO, Wash. - An arctic cold front will bring winter conditions including snow and wind. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for our region. The advisory is in effect from 5pm Friday through 5pm Saturday.

The Tri-Cities could see 1 to 3 inches of snow with this storm. Drivers can plan on slippery roads and patchy blowing snow. Gusty winds could bring down tree limbs. NWS officials say to slow down and use caution when driving in the snow. For local road conditions dial 511.
