Washington State #3 for Teachers

Teachers are doing pretty well in Washington state.

With World Teachers’ Day around the corner and more than half of public-school teachers reporting significant learning loss during the COVID-19 pandemic, the personal-finance website WalletHub today released its report on 2021’s Best & Worst States for Teachers, finding Washington to be the third best in the nation. Washington is 1st in10-Year change in teacher salaries, 1st in existence of a digital learning plan, 5th in average salary for teachers and 6th in average starting salary for teachers.
