Three Rivers getting ready to expand

Kennewick voters will weigh in on a $35 million theater anchored overhaul to the Three Rivers Convention Center campus next month.

"That will increase the convention center capacity significantly and also build a Broadway Theater," says Lusignan.

Evelyn Lusignan says the new sales tax would add 2 cents to a $10 purchase and would generate $3.5 million dollars to help renovate the facility.
