PASCO, Wash.-- Pasco Police reported Thursday morning that a 17-year old male is in custody in connection with last week's shooting of an 18-year old in what investigators are calling a gang-related shooting.

The victim, who has not yet been identified, died from his injuries earlier this week.

The shooting happened Thursday at about 5:00 p.m. on I-182 in Pasco. Police say the victim had suffered a gunshot wound to the head.

The suspect was booked into the Benton Franklin Juvenile Justice Center on an investigative hold for First Degree Murder.
