MAPLE VALLEY, Wash.--A 15-year-old girl remains behind bars after being charged with second-degree felony murder and felony hit-and-run for a crash that killed a jogger earlier this summer. King County prosecutors filed the charges in court Tuesday against the teen, who was arrested late last week after her father brought her to the police precinct to turn herself in. Charging documents say the teen had intended to "scare" 53-year-old Greg Moore as he ran in Maple Valley on July 18th by bumping into him with her car.

Prosecutors say the teen and her 14-year-old passenger later laughed about the way Moore "flew over the car" when they crashed into him. Investigators believe Moore was nearing the end of a 15-mile run when the teen struck and killed him near a church off 244th Avenue Southeast.
