Teen arrested for making threats toward Pasco’s Delta High School

PASCO, Wash.-- A 15-year old Delta High School student faces charges for allegedly making threats toward the school.

Officials with the Pasco School District say Delta High School administrators learned about a potential threat that was made on social media at around 9:00 P.M. Thursday.

Administrators contacted the Pasco Police Department only to learn that police had received a report about the threat from a community member and were already investigating.

Pasco Police arrested a 15-year-old boy, and say the teen and his parents are cooperating with the investigation.

District officials say there is no credible threat to safety at the school, and classes are going on as normal Friday.
