Potato Truck Pandemonium
It took a joint effort from Franklin County and Pasco authorities to handle reports of reckless driving involving a potato truck. Police tried to stop the large truck with a spike strip at 395 and Karchner. The driver, 42-year old Zachary Bailie, lost a front tire but continued up 395 north to Foster Wells Road before heading back south on 395
