Seattle PD Warns of Emboldened Catalytic Converter Thieves
(Seattle, WA) -- Seattle Police are warning residents about a group of catalytic converter thieves on the North side of the city who didn't stop after they were confronted by a homeowner, and even fired a warning shot to stay away.
