Staff members at Seattle Children's Hospital are demanding more information about a report showing that racial disparities continue to persist at the hospital. About 100 employees participated in a one-hour walkout yesterday at the hospital's main campus in Laurelhurst. The employees are calling for the release of the full investigative report. The hospital released some details from the investigation earlier this week, including the finding that "racial disparities persist in leadership positions, promotions and voluntary terminations" within the hospital system.
