Some Oppose a Complete ban on Fireworks in the Tri Cities

Should there be a ban  on the sale and use of fireworks in the Tri Cities? It is a debate   government leaders have just about every year. Richland Mayor Bob Thompson says we don't need any more regulations on the use of fireworks. Thompson says a complete ban will only encourage people to break the law.
