Man Wanted for Murder and Arson in Benton County, Caught in Oklahoma

(Del City, OK) -- The Benton County Sheriff's Office confirms that 68-year-old Brian Wilcox, a man who was wanted in connection to a fire inside home with a dead body found inside has been caught outside Oklahoma City. This went down Monday after word surfaced that Wilcox was in Del City, Oklahoma and the BCSO reached out to local law enforcement there. Wilcox was arrested and now faces extradition from Oklahoma on first degree murder and first degree arson warrants. The fire happened back in Mid-April, off 15th and Elm in Kennewick. Court documents say a woman was killed before the fire, her body left to burn inside the inferno.
