Kennewick Hit & Run

KENNEWICK, Wash.--Kennewick Police are investigating after a woman was runover in an alleged hit and run early Friday morning at the Nueva Vista Apartments.

The incident happened around 7:30 a.m. in the apartment complex's parking lot on North Volland Street. The complex is located just across the street from Winco.

 It appeared a female and a male, later identified as Jesus Eduardo Fernandez (31) were in a verbal argument. As Fernandez was leaving the location, the female was struck by Fernandez’s truck causing injuries. The female was transported to a local hospital for her injuries. Fernandez left in his white 2005 Chevrolet Silverado Washington, License Plate C39989V.
