Kennewick DUI/Eluding/Speeding

A 34YO man was stopped by Kennewick Police late last night driving at least 60mph on W Canal Dr…officers noticed he was showing signs of impairment…while at a local hospital for a blood draw, the suspect slipped off his handcuffs and fled police…though was apprehended moments later and booked into the Benton County Jail on charges of DUI, eluding police and was issued a speeding ticket.
