Boy arrested on DUI charges, warrants after car crash

KENNEWICK, Wash.-- A Kennewick Police officer tried stopping a car that was driving with a flat tire early Saturday morning, but the driver refused to pull over.

Before long, the car drove into a yard and crashed into a tree.

Officers didn't release the boy's age, but said he was booked in the Benton Franklin Juvenile Detention Center for DUI, hit and run, and two active arrest warrants.
