A Benton County judge has set bail is set at $1 million for a woman suspected of being involved in the kidnapping and murder of 69-year old Sandra Harris.

Court documents detail the phone call Sandra Harris made to her husband Friday afternoon, telling him she had been kidnapped, and that her captors wanted a quarter million dollars.

With the help of police, the victim's husband arranged to deliver a ransom. 49-year old Theresa Wiltse was arrested after she picked up the cash.

According to the documents, Wiltse admitted to only a small role in the kidnapping, but blood was found in the back of her car.

Harris's body was found along Coffin Road in rural Benton County Sunday morning. In court, Benton County prosecutor Andy Miller told the judge that Harris had been shot, though the coroner has not yet confirmed a cause of death.

Wiltse is scheduled to be arraigned on Wednesday.
