OLYMPIA-Wash.-Lawmakers in Olympia has passed a bill, along party lines, that bans the sale of new gas-powered vehicles in Washington beginning in the year 2030.
If Governor Jay Inslee signs it into law, Washington would become the first state in the U-S to place such a ban, and would include vehicles purchased in other states and brought to Washington.
