9 shootings in Portland

Police have been scrambling with nine shootings reported across Portland in just 16 hours. The Portland Police Bureau says two people were injured and a service dog was killed in the shootings that happened from Tuesday into Wednesday morning. Police haven't said whether any of the shootings were connected. No arrests have been made.
