Under Construction Building Partially Collapses In Pasco

(Pasco, WA) -- High winds are being blamed for the partial collapse of an under-construction building in Pasco Monday afternoon. Fire crews were called to the scene of the future Reser's food processing facility off Industrial Way north of the 182 Freeway and west of the 395. They found part of the metal scaffolding collapsed on the ground. 54 people were at the scene at the time of the collapse. All were accounted for. No reports of any injuries.
