Weather Service warns of heavy wind and rain headed through Columbia Basin
PENDLETON, Ore.-- The National Weather Service out of Pendleton issued a Special Weather State Wednesday morning, advising of heavy rain and gusty winds headed through the Mid-Columbia Basin.
