
Police investigating after teen reports being robbed at Kennewick grocery store
Kennewick Police are looking for three men who may have been involved in a reported robbery Thursday afternoon.
Officers responded to a report of a robbery at Yoke's at 26th and Olympia at about 4:30pm. Investigators spoke to a 15-year old boy who says he was taking a walk and stopped at the store to use the restroom.
The teen said three males came into the restroom, displayed a weapon, and demanded the boy's property. After the suspects fled, the victim reported the incident to a store employee.
Police were able to obtain surveillance video, and along with the description from the victim they have described the suspects as:
- white male with dirty blonde hair, wearing a red sweatshirt
- black male wearing a black hoody (displayed weapon)
- black male with short dreadlocks wearing orange/red pants
According to a witness, the three men left the area in a maroon passenger car.
