(Pasco, WA) -- A man is in custody after a suspected drive-by shooting on 395 and Court in Pasco early Monday morning. It all started when Pasco police got a call from a driver around 2:30am reporting a car was following and shooting at them.


Kennewick Police then caught up with the victim and gather information. Pasco PD later found the suspect vehicle and chased it down 395 into Kennewick. They detained the individual just off the blue bridge near the intersection of 395 and 240.

No one was hurt, but officers did find bullet holes in the victim's car. Washington State Patrol has taken over the investigation and identified the suspect as Armando Alvardo. He's booked in the Franklin County Jail on suspicion of Assault, DUI, Drive-By Shooting, and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
