A man facing a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct, has been slapped with a felony after kicking the door of a cop car until he bent the window frame and busted the lock.

Pasco police say early Wednesday morning the 55-year-old was cuffed and placed in the back of a car after they received a call from the Thunderbird Motel at 3rd/Columbia around 3:28 a.m. Those at the motel say he allegedly caused a big disturbance.

Once Allen Hendrick was left in the back of the car, he started kicking and eventually damaging the door.

He now faces felony malicious mischief.
