Two arrested following Pasco shooting

Pasco Police have arrested a man and woman suspected of being involved in a shooting last night at an apartment near Centennial Park. 29-year old Evans Lee Madison Junior from Kennewick, and 27-year old Victoria Grisby face charges in connection with a

drive-by shooting that was reported at around 10:00 Tuesday night.

At least one bullet hit the window of an apartment unit near the intersection of 5th and Pearl. Sgt. Scott Warren with Pasco Police say investigators believe a victim was targeted in the shooting, but that Madison allegedly shot at the wrong apartment. No one was inside the apartment when the shots were fired.

Investigators say Madison is the one who fired a .45 caliber gun, while Grisby drove a van through the area. The pair was arrested in Kennewick without incident.
