Three arrested in Pasco on car theft-related charges

Pasco Police arrested three people Saturday night... after they were caught trying strip a car that had been stolen in Kennewick. Police say a neighbor reported that a couple of people were in an alley making changes to the car. A 28-year old Pasco man was arrested for suspicion of a possessing a stolen car and witness tampering. A 17-year old male faces similar charges. A teenaged girl faces obstruction charges.
