There is a chance you will notice a sports car, decked out in decals like a race car, on the roads Thursday.

"Rally North America" is bringing 80 cars from across the nation to Kennewick for its final leg of a 5-day scavenger hunt, which raises money for a non-profit.

The cars will arrive into town Thursday and head out Friday morning. The community is invited to come and send off the drivers Friday morning at 7:30-9:00 a.m. on West Kennewick Avenue. It also means several of the roads downtown will be busy, and blocked off for a period of time.

The cars started in Billings, MT, and have crossed the country on a scavenger hunt ending in Portland, OR.

The city adds on its Facebook that the entire event will be filmed in a "professional manner," highlighting those taking part in the race and the downtown areas and businesses in which they interact.

This year drivers are raising money for "Camp Sunshine" which provides activities and support to families with children suffering from life-threatening illnesses.
