Returned ballots already started to show up at election offices, statewide about 134, 764 have been returned or about 3.2%. The Washington Secretary of State's office says they expect to receive about 80% before Nov. 8th.

If they receive that many ballots this presidential election season it would be a record return number.

In Franklin County, about 2.3% have been returned, or about 700 and in Benton County about 4.6% or about 5,000 have been returned.

Officials say early voting is strongest in Island county with 16% followed by Mason, Douglas & Skagit with about 10% returned.

Ballots need to be mailed-in or put in a drop-box in Washington state by Nov. 8th to be counted.
