Richland man placed on state’s “Fraud Most Wanted List”, contacts authorities

RICHLAND, Wash.-Hours after the Washington State Insurance Commissioner placed a Richland man on its Fraud Most Wanted List, the suspect contacted the Benton County Prosecutor's Office to reschedule his arraignment hearing for March 11th.

The man failed to appear February 4th on several felony charges and a bench warrant was issued by the judge.

He allegedly filed a claim on a stolen ATV just days after purchasing the insurance policy.
